Pricing

  • At Wash Pro Exterior Cleaning Products we pride ourselves on supplying superior products at competitive prices. 

  • Pricing for our products is determined by our manufacturer, supplier and carrier rates. Our partner's rates can change as frequently as daily. Despite our best effort to maintain accurate pricing for all inventory we offer, the occasional lapse can happen and result in a product being mislabeled. 

  •  Should you (the consumer) order a product which the price was not reflected accurately, we will act in one of the following manners to resolve it:

  1. Honor the price stated on our website (even if this means a loss in margin for us).

  2. Contact you to discuss the price discrepancy and present you with the correct rate and similar available options at your desired price point.

Warranty Information

  • Many of the products we sell are covered under manufacturer warranties. Popular brands we supply such as GP, CRX, Honda, AR and many others stand proudly behind their products; if a defect is present we (and our partners) will work quickly to replace the item for our customer.

  • Links to specific make/model warranty information can be found in the product’s description on our webpage. If you suspect a product is faulty and can not find warranty information please contact us and we will assist you.

  • Wash Pro Exterior Cleaning Products does not provide any additional promises or warranties outside of the manufacturer supplied warranty, but will always do all we can to act in the customer’s best interest.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Wash Pro Exterior Cleaning Products ships merchandise to all 49 continental states within the U.S. 

  • Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can be made available but will incur additional shipping and handling fees based on current carrier rates. Please contact us before placing your order to these two states so that we may prepare a special-order shipping quote. 

  • The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website is passed to the purchaser and carrier upon shipment. Should a product arrive damaged or not arrive at all we will always work diligently on the customer’s behalf to negotiate a fair resolution with all parties involved.

  • We do not currently ship internationally.

Returns & Refunds

  • You may return any new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. These items should be returned in their original packaging. We will only cover the return-shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

  • We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been opened and used (unless the product is deemed to have been manufactured defective or damaged due to handling and shipping).

  • Cleaning Chemicals are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

  • Special order items may be returned at our discretion. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

  • All orders are tracked via Freight, UPS, Fedex, or other carriers. As soon as the shipment leaves our warehouse the consumer is provided with an eligible tracking number. Any order that has is suspected of being lost, stolen or discarded (by the carrier) is not eligible for replacement until the carrier confirms. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier, however we will always do all we can to support this process and work on the customer’s behalf. 

  • Should an item meet the above qualifications it is eligible for return up to 30 days from its delivery date.

  • Please contact via email at Contact@WashProECP.com with your Order Number, item’s SKU and reason for return before shipping. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
